Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments you make on evemiit.com as a viewer or member, including paid event access and donations.

1. Paid Event Access

• If an event you paid for is cancelled by the host before it starts, you are entitled to a full refund of the access fee.
• If you are unable to join the paid online program, a refund is at the host's discretion.
• No refund is due once an event has started, except in cases of confirmed technical failure attributable to the Platform.

2. Donations

Donations are voluntary and are final and non-refundable, except in cases of a proven billing error or fraudulent use of your payment method.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the transaction. Verified errors will be corrected or refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@evemiit.com with your account email, the event name, and the transaction reference or receipt. We will review requests within seven (7) business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.
