These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of evemiit.com as a viewer or member ("you", "your"). evemiit.com lets you discover, watch, join and interact with live events, meetings, services, classes, shows and recordings produced by hosts and organizations on the Evemiit platform.

By registering, joining an event or otherwise using evemiit.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of maturity in your jurisdiction) to register. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Watching and Joining Events

Some events and meetings are public and can be watched or joined without an account. Others are private or invite only and require an account and an invitation from a host member.
For Meetings with Shareable code and Public Meetings you may be placed in a waiting room and admitted by the host.
Some events/meetings may require payment to access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to record, download, reproduce or redistribute any stream, recording or content without the host's permission. You must not bypass access controls, harass others, post unlawful or abusive comments, or misuse others' personal information.

4. Interactions and Content You Submit

Comments, reactions, raised hands and other interactions are visible to the host and may be visible to other viewers. You grant a limited license for your submitted content to be displayed within the event. You are responsible for what you submit.

5. Donations and Purchases

Donations you make are voluntary and processed through third-party payment providers. Paid access and donations are subject to the applicable Refund Policy. A platform margin may apply to donations as published.

6. End-to-End Encryption

All meetings and private events use end-to-end encryption (E2EE). Your media is encrypted and is not accessible to Evemiit. Public events by their nature do not require E2EE.

7. Intellectual Property

All content broadcast on evemiit.com belongs to its respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from it without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security or legal risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evemiit operates.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
